Pilates Mat: We are passionate and technique & alignment. We believe if you are going to do it, you may as well do it right. Aside from safety having strong awareness of your placement and execution benefits your workout exponential. If you are new to exercise, new to pilates + barre, recovering from an injury or just want to refresh your memory definitely start with this class. Once you feel like you know it well enough you can apply it to all KBOD Fitness classes.

 

 

 

        

 

Barre Basics-  New to dance fitness and have absolutely no idea what to expect or how to execute some of the moves? Barre Basics is the perfect entry into our classes. Try this class before starting your program, learn some of the basic technique of exercises you'll see in most of our classes. Not only will it give you a burst of confidence but it'll set you off on the right foot technically.

 

 

 

 

 

Floor Barre- Exactly as the name suggests. We do everything dance, pilates and barre- on the floor. Woo hoo! Utilising some of our most favourable studio equipment like pilates bands, balls and circles, we focus on form and execution to bring a strong technical focus to your training.

 

 

 

 

 

Barre Blast- Our barre classes are a little different from the main stream and highly addictive. Beware! A full body, high intensity low impact class fuses some of the greatest dance principals working with resistance bands, light weights, gliders & pilates balls. Dancers are athletes- lets train like one! Suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

 

 

 

 

 

Cardio Queen- Dance and tone your way to a total body workout. This high intensity / high impact class will rock your body in the best possible way. Easy to follow aerobic choreography and super fun toning routines. Bring your towel- this class is sure to make you sweat! Though we offer modifications in all of our classes Cardio Queen is high intensity and suitable for those that have worked out a couple of times already.

 

 

 

 

Ka-Pow-  This sculpting workout is all about strengthening and carving our muscles the way we like them. A training session from top to toe. Get a dancers body without all the dance. The class is high intensity / low impact / super funky. Good for all fitness levels.

 

 

 

 

 

Busta Groove- "Nobody puts baby in the corner". Dreamt of dancing like a real dancer?  Chore class is a  non-stop class learning routine - step by step. WAIT, before you panic - this class is for all levels of experience levels including newbies! One week you'll be dancing in an MJ film clip, the next day we'll be Flashdance'ing like Irene Cara. Good for all fitness levels.

 

 

 

 

Runway Ready- Looking good is feeling- and you definitely want to feel your best on the runway! This HIIT cardio class combines boxing, barre, strength training and plyometrics to get your heart rate and metabolism sky high. A high intensity styled class grouping a range of exercise methods and training systems. No dance combinations.

 

 

 

 

 

Happy Hour-Happy Hour is our signature dance-based interval training class perfect for students of any level. Classes alternate between choreographed easy to follow combinations of dance cardio, toning, and dynamic flexibility sections, all set to hot, heart-pumping music for a comprehensive workout that keeps the body toned and energized for DAYS! Prepare to leave dripping in sweat, buzzed and having had THE BEST NIGHT OUT!
